My name is Anthony. I am a senior leader at a major defense contractor within the manufacturing industry. I have a Bachelor’s degree as well as a Master’s degree in addition to being a graduate of my company’s Leadership Development Program. I have over 15 years of professional experience and have worked for other companies as well. During that time, I have mentored to and with colleagues of all experience levels. I started my first job at 15 years old and have always maintained employment ever since. Though I have experienced a variety of work settings, the fundamental principles of professional excellence apply universally. Finally, I am a leader and board member within a professional development organization for leaders. That is where I have discovered my deeper passion for career coaching and helping others achieve their growth goals. The goal of this blog is to expand that reach and help a world of professionals do the same.
